Strawberry Spinach Salad + Poppy Seed Dressing Recipe

Easy and SO good, this strawberry spinach salad recipe is perfect for summer BBQs, picnics and parties! Salads are my go-to favorites in the summer and grabbing things out of the garden and tossing them in a bowl goes on all summer long around here.

I LOVE berries in salads, don’t you? I’m also a huge fan of the combination of berries and red onions and this strawberry spinach salad recipe combined with the poppyseed dressing recipe that I’ve included is sure to be a summer hit!

Easy and SO good, this strawberry spinach salad recipe is perfect for summer BBQs, picnics and parties!

Ingredients

Salad ingredients

6 ounces of baby spinach and lettuce mix.
5-6 medium strawberries sliced
1/2 medium red onion
4 ounces of feta cheese
1/2 cup sliced almonds

Poppyseed dressing ingredients

1/2 cup olive oil
1/4 apple cider vinegar
5 tbsp. of swerve
1/8 tsp salt
1 tbsp. poppy seeds
2 drops of liquid stevia

Directions

How to make Strawberry Spinach Salad

Wash strawberries. Slice them and set aside
Place the lettuce mixture into a large bowl
Slice onion thinly and add to lettuce
Crumble cheese and sprinkle over salad
Add strawberries and almonds to the mixture

How to make Poppy Seed Dressing

Add all ingredients to a mason jar.
Shake well to mix.
