We've always been milk drinkers and supporters of our dairy farmers and families but several years ago my son came home from a local football camp and told me that the college coach told him that MILK was not only a great recovery drink after football practice and workouts, but that it's also an excellent rehydration drink.

My mama heart is FULL 💕

Reflecting on the past week that we spent in Oakhurst, CA. One of this highlights of this awesome little town was definitely our time at nearby @BassLakeCA

There is something so quaint about this beautiful destination resort area just outside of Oakhurst. It's also literally only 17 miles from the southern entrance to @YosemiteNPS and is truly like a step back in time to a slower pace that creates a simple family vacation getaway with everything you'll need to unplug and enjoy. Lodging, amazing food options (we loved both @millerslandingbasslake and @the_forks_resort), boat rentals, fishing, hiking trails, waterfalls, wildlife and more. *see highlight reel above for more info and blog post coming soon!

My heart is full after spending a few days at my happy place, especially after the past year+! (Hosted)

There is something so familiar about walking through those gates. It's just as special as it was when I was a kid. And maybe that’s it. The fact that it brings out the kid in all of us.
Every. Single. Time.

It all seemed even more colorful and more magical than ever before. Dare I say that even the Dole Whip was better? (is that even possible?)

Happy Happy Birthday to #Disneyland, I love you!! Thank you for making me feel like a kid again!

Our Disney adventures were made even better because of our stay @HoJoAnaheim which is literally just minutes (walking distance!) from the park. I'll be sharing more information soon about the Howard Johnson by Wyndham Anaheim Hotel & Water Playground (find a link in bio if you want more info + savings codes now) and why I think it's the perfect family destination for an amazing @Disney get away!
