Ingredients for Instant Pot Sloppy Joes
Lean ground beef
White onion
Red pepper, diced
Tomato sauce
Chili powder
Worcestershire sauce
Garlic powder
Hot sauce
Salt
Pepper
Hamburger buns

How to make Instant Pot Sloppy Joes
Place the ground beef, onion and pepper into the instant pot. Press the saute function and brown the meat.
Turn the instant pot on to manual, low pressure for 5 minutes with the steam release valve closed.
Makes 6 sandwiches.

Instant Pot Sloppy Joes Recipe
This Instant Pot Sloppy Joes recipe is a great way to get a quick and affordable meal on the table for a delicious dinner. This is also a great recipe for feeding large groups of people on a budget.
Ingredients
- 1 lb lean ground beef (I used the 96/4 beef)
- 1/2 cup chopped white onion
- 1 red pepper, diced
- 1 can (16 oz) tomato sauce
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon hot sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- hamburger buns
Instructions
Place the ground beef, onion and pepper into the instant pot. Press the saute function and brown the meat. Add in the remaining ingredients and stir well.
Turn the instant pot on to manual, low pressure for 5 minutes with the steam release valve closed. Cook the sloppy joe mix and quick release the steam.
Serve sloppy joe mix on buns.
Makes 6 sandwiches.
