DIY Back to School “SCHOOL RULES” Ruler Frame + FREE School Rules Printable

Are you ready for back to school? I struggle with this time of year. I’m ready for the return of structure but I love having my kids home. I imagine that teachers feel the same way and I know that many of my teacher friends are already getting their classrooms ready for the new school year!

This fun DIY Back to School “School Rules” Ruler Frame and free School Rules printable is a fun way to decorate your classroom and it’s SO easy. It also makes a nice little gift for teachers on the first day. Best of all, it’s super easy and can be made for just a couple dollars.

SUPPLIES

• 4 Rulers ( they are 50 cents at Dollar General)

• Super Glue and/or glue gun

• Ribbon

• Scissors

​• School Rules FREE Printable

1. Take your four rulers and use your super glue or glue gun to glue them together. You can use your printable as a guide on where to glue your rulers.

2. While your rulers are drying, take your spool of ribbon and cut a strip long enough to use as a hook to hang your frame.

3. Glue your ribbon onto your Ruler Picture Frame. The ribbon does stick instantly, so know ahead of time where you want your ribbon to be placed.

4. Print the FREE School Rules printable. Either glue or tape it to the back of your Ruler Picture Frame.

5. Now you have a Ruler Picture Frame! Perfect to give to a teacher for a gift, or to even frame those school pictures when you receive them in the fall!
