Cinnamon Roll Waffles: Mom Hack
Cinnamon Roll Waffles: Mom Hack
I think we are all looking for the best mom hacks right now, and this is one of our favorites.
Cinnamon Roll Waffles are the ultimate mom hack, especially since you can make them quickly and easily with a can of Pillsbury Grands dough which means that they go from fridge to table in under 10 minutes.
This was probably the first thing that my daughter started cooking on her own and she would actually make these as a dessert.
Ingredients for Cinnamon Roll Waffles
1-2 cans Pillsbury Grands Cinnamon Rolls
Frosting (provided in cinnamon roll can)
non-stick cooking spray
waffle iron
How to make Waffles with Pillsbury Grands
Heat the waffle iron then spray with non-stick cooking spray.
Place one cinnamon roll in each section of the waffle iron.
Close waffle iron.
Cook for 2 to 3 minutes, or until cinnamon rolls are cooked through and golden brown.
Drizzle with frosting.
Serve warm & enjoy!
We’ve also doubled this recipe and kept extra waffles in the fridge in a Ziplock bag to snack on for the following days.
I love breakfast recipes and I especially love easy recipes that I know my family will enjoy. Breakfast time can be chaotic, especially during the school year.
As I mentioned, these easy waffles are a recipe that my kids have been making on their own for years. If you kids love to make breakfast in bed for mom or dad on special holidays or birthdays, this recipe is perfect for that.
We use our waffle iron for so many different things, and it’s recipes like this that really helped my kids to start developing cooking and baking skills.
These waffles are also great for little kids because the individual waffle size is small, perfect for smaller appetites. We like to dress them up with bananas or strawberries or other fun toppings. Sometimes I’ll also make my mom hack Omelet Waffle recipe and serve them together for a yummy breakfast combo, they go great together!
