Winner, Winner, WINesday #4: Reverse Charades Game Review and Giveaway
UPDATE: CLOSED…and the winner is:
Charlotte says We do not really have game night, we just play when we can.
If you haven’t had a chance to play yet and you’re looking for a fun, different and unforgettable game for the entire family …. you might want to check out Reverse Charades and Reverse Charades—Junior (especially designed for kids and kids at heart ages 6+). Group play and interactive games are especially popular right now and families, kids, party game players, toy/game award reviewers are going bananas over Reverse Charades! I can tell you that we were pretty excited to try this game, because we are always up for a good ol’ fashioned family game night!
Featured on NBC’s Today Show and Radio Disney, Reverse Charades takes the classic (and boring) charades game and gives it a hilarious twist that makes it an absolute riot to play with any active group. It’s a fast-paced, fiercely-fun competition where teams have 60 seconds to act out (without speaking) as many words as one person can guess. Words like: synchronized swimming, piñata, paparazzi, dogpile, leapfrog, pillow fight or CPR. With 720 words in each edition, they’re must-have gifts if your readers are looking for a fresh, new and affordable idea to create memories and brighten the holidays—and every day—with hours of laughter and interactive fun for everyone! Check out the game in action at www.youtube.com/sedarahc.
Each expansion pack has 220 new words, fits perfectly inside the award-winning Reverse Charades Original or Junior Editions ($23.99 each) and is available for $9.99 online (www.reversecharades.com) or at many of the 1,800 stores carrying the game (including Barnes & Noble, Hallmark, Learning Express and Books-a-Million).
My (Our) thoughts? If you enjoy games that just get the entire family laughing and having fun, then this is the perfect game for you … we had such a ball and both of my kids (7 and 5) got in on the action. If your child can read (or with adult assistance, we made teams so my 5 year old could keep up) then they will enjoy this game. It’s a wonderful ice breaker and/or family activity and it really just creates a fun atmosphere with lots of smiles and literally, cheek aching laughter!
