Wreck-It Ralph Storybook Deluxe – this app allows young readers to follow Ralph’s adventures and story through illustrations and word-for-word narration with multiple reading levels. The app features interactive games and options like customizing your own candy kart and racing your kart in Sugar Rush, and also original character voices from the movie with John C. Reilly, Jack McBrayer, Jane Lynch and Sarah Silverman! ($6.99)

My thoughts? I have come to realize that apps, especially good ones, are a great source of entertainment for my kids when I need them entertained, or even on long trips. We recently reviewed Wreck-It Ralph Storybook Deluxe and I have to say, this is an app that is so entertaining that both of my kids just love playing it. So fun and there are so many different activities, great for any Wreck-It Ralph fan! I love that this promotes reading with the stories and that it fits a wide range of age groups. My son has enjoyed customizing his candy kart and then of course racing his car has been beyond exciting. I love this kind of simple fun that still involves technology so that my kids are building their techy skills, but still being exposed to only super fun and age appropriate activities.
