Valentine Chocolate Chip Pudding Cookies

I have you covered with these amazingly delicious Valentine Chocolate Chip Pudding Cookies. I love how wonderfully they look and let me tell you, they taste even better!
They also happen to freeze nicely and are extremely delicious with vanilla ice cream spread between two of them and sandwiched together, but you didn’t hear that from me 🙂
Ingredients for Valentine Chocolate Chip Pudding Cookies
1 C. butter, softened to room temperature
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
¼ C. sugar
1 3.5-4 oz package of vanilla pudding mix, any brand
1 tsp baking soda
2 ¼ C. flour
¾ C. chocolate chips
¾ C. Valentine M&M’s
How to Make Valentine Chocolate Chip Pudding Cookies
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and line a baking sheet with foil or parchment paper.
Combine the softened butter, eggs and vanilla stirring well.
In a separate bowl, combine the dry ingredients – flour, baking soda and pudding. Slowly fold the dry mixture into the wet mixture stirring well.
Add in the chocolate chips and Valentine M&M’s.
Drop by rounded tablespoon onto the baking sheets about 2-3” a part and bake 8-10 minutes or until golden brown.
*Makes approximately 6-7 dozen cookies.
