Perfect for fall, we are crazy about all apple recipes!

Today I’m sharing how to make homemade Apple Wontons which make the perfect snack all year round, but especially in the fall. And this recipe is so wonderful because not only is it inexpensive to make, but it’s so easy and a fun recipe for beginners. It’s also fantastic if you are just learning to use your air fryer, which my teen daughter has been obsessed with lately. This is the perfect air fryer recipe for beginners!

One of my favorite things about this recipe is that while I’ve always fried these in the past, they can now be made in the air fryer which is so much healthier!

We love apple recipes around here! Another of our favorites is this easy homemade apple doughnuts recipe. And in case you notice an “easy” theme of recipes here on my blog, it’s because while I might make complicated recipes from time to time – it’s the easy ones that I come back to often.

Sprinkle sugar on wontons

If you are looking for alternative ways to make this recipe, you might consider a cherry or blueberry filling.

Sometimes I will also make a yummy powdered sugar icing to dip them in. To do that, just mix a cup of powdered sugar and a tiny (tiny!) bit of milk until you get the consistency that you are looking for. It’s fun to serve these apple wontons with a little dish of icing to dip them in. My family goes crazy for these and I love that I can make them quickly and clean up is a cinch.
