How to Make Grilled Watermelon Salad with Feta
Print the Recipe for Gilled Watermelon Salad
- Balsamic Salad dressing
- 4oz Feta Cheese
- Watermelon (slices)
- 1 package baby arugula lettuce
Preheat your grill to a medium heat.
Cut your watermelon up into triangular pieces, approx. 1/2" - 1" thick and about 3-4" long at longest point. Place watermelon on the grill for 1-2 minutes on each side or until you have nice grill lines on your watermelon.
Place your watermelon on a bed of baby arugula lettuce. Top with Feta cheese and balsamic salad dressing.
