I LOVE football season, and we are a family that loves our football. I have thrown many a birthday football party along with football tailgate parties, super bowl parties … you name it. Fun Football Party Ideas
At my son’s last football party (yes, we have had more than one!) we did a mini NFL draft with the NFL Football Mini Pennants and the NFL Football Mini Helmets. The boys actually loved picking their favorite teams, trading and swapping until they each had their lineup of teams and party favors. I had them put their “draft picks” right into their goodie bags to that they had something fun to take home when they left.

Each boy also got “tattooed” with these fun Football Face Tattoos. That made for some really fun photos and they loved selecting which tattoo that they each wanted.
One of my favorite things to do at our birthday parties are photo props. We used this adorable Football photo prop cardboard cutout (under $13 shipped) at my son’s party and then I used my polaroid camera to take photos of each of the boys.
The little polaroid photos were a great party favor for the kids to take home with them to remember their time together at the party!
I also love to use these football party photos as thank you card inserts when we are sending out thank you notes after a party, so that is another fun use for them.
