Such a great treat to make for your tailgate for football game viewing party and the best part is that you only need a few things to make these yummy ice cream sandwiches on a stick!
Football Ice Cream Sandwiches
Super quick and easy to make and a fun addition to any football event or football themed party!
What you need to make Football Ice Cream Treats
1 box of 12 ct. ice cream sandwiches, any brand
24 popsicle sticks
white frosting
small sandwich baggie
kitchen scissors
How to make Football Ice Cream Bar Treats
Open and unwrap all the ice cream sandwiches, discarding the wrappers. Cut each ice cream sandwich in half.
Insert one popsicle stick into the base of each ice cream sandwich half.
Scoop a few tablespoons of the white frosting into the sandwich baggie and snip the corner of the bag with the kitchen scissors.
Gently squeeze the white frosting out of the sandwich bag making the football hash marks on top of each ice cream sandwich.
If not serving immediately place the ice cream sandwiches on a baking sheet and place in the freeze until ready to serve.
*Makes 24 servings. 1 ice cream sandwich half = 1 serving.
