Who doesn’t love a good spring salad recipe? I’m a huge fan of spring and summer recipes that are not only refreshing and delicious, but use up items from our garden or produce that I can find at the farmer’s market!

What are your favorite salad recipes? The great thing about salad recipes is that they are easy to put together (I quite often give the task of salad making to my kids – and I definitely have them on garden duty to collect the fruits and vegetables that we use in our salads) 

We love salad with almost every lunch and dinner – even if it’s just dressing on cut lettuce. There are so many different ways to serve a yummy salad, it doesn’t have to be fancy or complicated and best of all – salads are usually quite affordable to make.
