FREE Family Summer Wish List Printable
Summer is all about fun and sometimes a big part of the fun can be in the planning!
Use my FREE Family Summer Wish List printable to record and share your family summer activity wish list. It’s a great way to sit down as a family and take a look at what things everyone has on their mind for summer break, and a few things might even surprise you!
We did this as a family and I was pleased to see that some of the smallest (and most affordable!) activities were the first ones on their lists!
They of course had their big wishes too, but seeing the wide range of ideas really helped us to map out our summer and at least start conversations about what we may or may not be able to do this summer.
I now have the lists hanging on the fridge for quick reference.
This works out great for those “Mommmmm! I’m sooooo bored!” moments too! Just a quick reminder about a do-able summer activity shuts down that type of boredom right away.
The list has also been awesome for getting them to complete chores as well since they know that these goals are all more achievable if we work towards them as a family!
Try making a summer break wish list a family activity!
I think it’s so important for kids to realize that we all can benefit from sharing and hearing each other’s ideas and that a big part of being a family is recognizing the things that matter to each of us. There were many items that we all listed, so of course, those items will be top priority for summer fun!
