Easy White Fudge Recipe with Cranberries

Making homemade fudge can be tricky, but it doesn’t need to be. This Easy Cranberry Fudge recipe is great for holiday gift giving and a great addition to your festive holiday table. And guess what? No need for a candy thermometer! All you’ll need are three ingredients and a microwave!

If you are a Craisins fan, then delicious fudge made with dried cranberries is a delightful treat that will become a new favorite. White chocolate fans will adore this type of fudge and the beauty of the white and red combination makes white chocolate cranberry fudge the perfect addition to your holiday baking lineup and perfect for Christmas time!

We love Craisins in and on everything, so putting them in fudge was an instant hit!

Ingredients for Cranberry Fudge

2 cups of white chocolate chips (can use generic white chocolate chips)

1 cup of sweetened condensed milk 

1 cup of dried cranberries (Craisins)

*keep in mind that for the images shown here, this recipe was doubled and made in a 9×9 square baking pan. 

How to Make Cranberry Fudge

Line a square baking dish with parchment paper.

*have your lined pan ready before the chocolate melts in the microwave

In a large microwavable bowl, heat the white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk for one minute. Stir and then heat in 30 second intervals, stirring each time after until it’s completely melted and smooth.

Add the dried cranberries and stir until completely mixed. Pour the mixture into the prepared square pan and use a spatula to spread smooth.

Refrigerate for 4-6 hours until firm.

Once firm, you’ll want to cut up your pieces of fudge into squares.

Store this sweet treat in an airtight container. If you are using for gifts for the holiday season, you can find cute containers or plates and then cover with plastic wrap. This creamy white chocolate fudge will do ok at room temperature, but I like to store ours in the fridge just to be safe.

For a taste variation, you can add a tiny amount of vanilla extract.

*keep in mind that for the images shown here, this recipe was doubled and made in a 9x9 square baking pan. I like to make my fudge extra thick and chunky and doubling the recipe but keeping the pan size the same will do that!
