Homemade Roasted Garlic Crust Pizza
I have been enjoying the opportunity to experiment with the Nakano Seasoned Rice Vinegar products, there are so many yummy ways to use them! I hope you enjoy this Homemade Roasted Garlic Crust Pizza as much as my family did! The Roasted Garlic Seasoned Rice Vinegar adds extra zing to this simple pizza crust!
Homemade Roasted Garlic Crust Pizza
Crust:
- 4 Cups Flour
- 2 Tbs Sugar
- 1 Tbs Yeast
- 1 Tbs Salt
- 1 Cup Warm Water
Mix together until the ingredients are Play-Doh consistency. Cover with a kitchen towel and let rise for one hour.
Sauce:
- 12 Ounces Tomato Puree
- 1 Tbs Salt
- 1 Tbs Pepper
- 1 Tbs Dried Oregano
Mix together all ingredients to make the sauce.
Pizza:
- Crust, as above
- Sauce, as above
- 2 Cups Grated Cheese (I use prefer cheddar, but you can play around with this and I usually use what is on hand.)
- 2 Tbs Nakano Seasoned Rice Vinegar, Roasted Garlic
- Toppings, optional (I used diced tomatoes, onions, olives…again, whatever I might have on hand)
Preheat oven to 390 degrees. Roll out pizza dough to even thickness on a pizza stone or oiled pan. Rub the Nakano Seasoned Rice Vinegar onto the pizza dough. Coat pizza dough with prepared sauce. Sprinkle Grated Cheese over the sauce. Add optional toppings. Bake pizza for 12-14 minutes. Slice and serve!
