Star Wars Breakfast: YODA Bacon Egg & Pancake Plate

Can you ever get enough Star Wars? I think not. At least that’s the case around here and since today is May the 4th, this mama is going all out!

Ok, not all out, but my kids are starting the day with a Yoda Star Wars Breakfast which includes bacon, eggs and pancakes.

Nothing too crazy but definitely a little more galactic than most other days!

If you have Star Wars fans then make sure to check out this special Yoda Star Wars breakfast! It's easy and fun and will be a sure hit with young jedi warriors!

This Yoda Star Wars breakfast would be awesome to make for group of kids after a slumber party as well!

What You’ll Need to make this Star Wars Breakfast plate

Spinach Tortilla (1)
Egg Scrambled (1)
Make 1 Pancake
2 Slices Bacon (I used Hormel pre-cooked)
Wilton Halloween Cookie Cutters (Spider, Oak Leaf, Tombstone) *optional – you can also just cut out these shapes if you want. Kitchen shears work great on tortillas.

How to assemble your Star Wars themed breakfast plate

Scramble your egg and put it at the base of your serving plate.

Use your tombstone cookie cutter to cut Yoda’s body from the pancake.
 
Turn your spider cookie cutter upside down and cut Yoda’s head from the pancake.
 
Place the pancake body on top of the scrambled egg base and top with the head.
 
Yoda Breakfast How to Make
 
Cut your bacon slices and place on top of either side of the pancake body to form Yoda’s robe.
 
Use the spider cookie cutter to cut another head shape from your spinach tortilla and place that on top of the pancake portion of the head.
 
Use the oak leaf cookie cutter to cut Yoda’s feet and hands from along the edge of the spinach tortilla.
 
Warm in the microwave and serve with a side of maple syrup.
 
Serve with your best STAR WARS Yoda voice. Enjoy the giggles!

Yoda STAR WARS Breakfast

Star Wars fans! Celebrate May the 4th or any day with this awesome and out of this world Yoda Star Wars breakfast plate of pure galaxy goodness that any StarWars fans will love!

Ingredients

  • 1 Spinach Tortilla
  • 1 Egg Scrambled
  • 1 Pancake
  • 2 Slices Bacon (I used Hormel pre-cooked)
