Ingredients for Homemade Smoked Bacon & Tomato Dip

  • 1 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 tomato, diced and de-seeded
  • 1/4 teaspoon liquid smoke
  • 1 cup diced bacon
  • salt and pepper to taste

How to Make this Easy Smoked Bacon & Tomato Dip

Combine all ingredients together in a large bowl. Add in salt and pepper for taste as desired. This dip can be served right away or can sit in the fridge for a few hours before serving to get a better flavor.

 
 
 
To change it up a little, you might also try this recipe with sun dried tomatoes instead of the fresh tomato. We’ve also tried this as a spread on bagels and it’s really yummy, especially if you go the sun dried tomato route.
