Go see it. Go see it. Go see it. Remember! Disney Frozen Opens in Theaters everywhere TODAY!!

As you probably know… (have I been gushing?) I attended the world premiere of Disney’s Frozen in LA last week. I am still giddy over the experience, and cannot wait to see this movie again, and I definitely can’t wait to take my children. We have been playing the soundtrack over and over, and it cracks me up because even through my kids haven’t seen the movie yet, they know all of the words to the songs by heart. (Speaking of, the soundtrack to this movie is AWESOME as well…)

Going into this experience, I was expecting a story about sisters….probably some love, friendship and teamwork, along with some laugh-out-loud moments and the sing-a-long melodies that Disney always gives us. Yes, I was expecting another amazing Disney film that would become a favorite. Disney has yet to let me down, so I was quite confident that this was going to be a movie that I would love. What I wasn’t expecting was that this movie is not only MORE than I expected (and yes! my expectations were high!) but it also threw me for quite a few twists and turns that I didn’t see coming. This is NOT your typical Disney movie… in fact, it really stands alone as a very unique story, with it’s own wonderful messages about love, friendship and ultimately true selfless love. There is SO much that I can’t tell you (no one likes a spoiler!) but what I can tell you is that this film will have you smiling, hoping, grinning, wincing, wishing, edge of seat anticipating, heart aching and wondering, gasping, lump in throat waiting, and in the end: happy heartedly walking out of a theater with at least 2 or 3 new character crushes and at least 2 (probably more) amazingly catchy tunes running through you head. You will have a new appreciation for snowmen, love, relationships and pet reindeer. And kindness. For me, this was a huge message in this film… kindness. People (or snowmen) who are willing to put themselves on the line for other people. (or snowmen).

AND THE MUSIC!! Oh the music is wonderful … ♫♫♫

LET IT GO

♫♫♫ You will know the moment when it happens… prepare yourself to be moved by the magic of this song, you will feel it in your entire body ♫♫♫ promise.

The character personalities are strong and unique. I don’t know how Disney does it ,but once again, they have added an entire new line up of characters for us to love and embrace and oh my goodness, this cast is good! You are so going to love them… check out the trailer here:

Can’t wait for the movie? Here’s a fun printable for the kids that shows step-by-step how to make a paper snowflake, just print it out and you will be well on your way to making fun snowflakes in anticipation of this movie that I just KNOW that you are going to love!!

Go see it. Go see it. Go see it. Remember! Disney Frozen Opens in Theaters everywhere TODAY!!
