Home Decorating: Midcentury Modern Decor Items
Decorating is one of my passions and over the years I’ve learned that my true style is a collection of all of my favorite looks. I’m certainly no expert but I’ve recently become bolder and braver in my design style and choices. We actually live in a 1912 farmhouse, but that doesn’t limit me to a certain style. Everyone is obsessed with midcentury modern decor right now and I have to admit, I’m a bit smitten with it myself. I feel like it’s a very timeless look and this type of decor fits well into so many different styles of homes. You can decorate just one room with a midcentury modern decor look or an entire house. In fact, that’s my very favorite thing about home decor: you get to decide what you love, because YOU live there!
There are SO many things you can do to bring a room and/or style together and it can always be done on a budget. Everything from throw pillows on the cheap to DIY home decor – you can create the look you want and make it fit the budget you have.
