How to make this Buffalo Chicken Cheese Ball Recipe

Add the cream cheese, chicken, Monterey jack cheese, half of the green onions, two tablespoons of the blue cheese, the buffalo sauce, and all of the seasonings to the bowl of a stand mixer.

Mix on low until the ingredients are just incorporated, and then turn the speed up. Mix until thoroughly combined, scraping the sides down as needed.

Taste and adjust the ingredients to your liking.

How to form your cheese ball

The mixture is thick, so you can use a spatula to scrape it out of the bowl and form a ball as you go.

Place the cheese ball on a plate and finish forming it into a ball or whatever shape you want. You can also form it on a piece of wax paper and then transfer it to keep your plate clean.

Sprinkle the remaining green onions and blue cheese over the exposed areas of the cheese ball, gently pressing them in as you go.

Serve with toasted bread, crackers, or chips.

Enjoy!

My Buffalo Cheese Ball recipe will be a huge hit at your next football party and a sure SCORE with buffalo chicken fans!

Notes:

We used a stand mixer for this, but a hand mixer would work fine too. I suggest using a deep bowl to avoid any messes.

Anytime chicken breasts go on sale, I buy an extra package and boil them up. Once they cool, I chop them into various sizes and freeze them into smaller portions for quick and easy recipes like this!
