Nutella No-Bake Bird Nest Cookie Recipe
Always a favorite Easter dessert, this Nutella No-Bake Bird Nest Cookie Recipe is perfect for your holiday celebrations and/or classroom parties. Best of all, these are so easy to make because there is no baking involved, just yummy fun topped with chocolate easter eggs or jelly beans!
Ingredients
- 1 5-6 oz container of chow mein noodles
- 1 12 oz package of semi-sweet or milk chocolate chips
- 1/4 C. Nutella
- 1/8 C. peanut butter
- 1 large package of Cadbury milk chocolate eggs
Instructions
Place wax paper down on the counter for drying the birds nests.
Pour the chocolate chips into a medium size pot and turn the stove on medium-low heat. Check on it every few minutes stirring until semi-melted.
Add in the Nutella and peanut butter stirring until smooth and completely melted.
Once the mixture is melted remove from the stove and pour in the container of chow mein noodles. Stir to completely coat - it takes me a few stirs to get them all coated.
Drop by tablespoon full onto the wax paper.
Place 2-3 Cadbury milk chocolate eggs on top of each birds nest depending on how big each nest is.
**This makes approximately 16 2-3" size bird nests.
