Winner, Winner, WINesday #2: Newman’s Own Organics Review + Giveaway

We love to review food around here, but this has got to be one of my all time favorites.

About the Brand: Newman’s Own® Organics’ products meet all the requirements of the USDA’s National Organic Program. Ingredients have been grown on farms that have not used artificial fertilizers or pesticides for three years or more. The farms and processors have also met the USDA’s organic standards. The products are sold nationwide in a number of mainstream supermarkets, in stores featuring natural and health foods, as well as on a number of websites.

The sale of Newman’s Own Organics products generates money for the Newman’s Own Foundation to give away. Since 1982 Paul Newman and the Newman’s Own Foundation have donated more than $350 million dollars to educational and charitable organizations worldwide.

My favorites? I would be lying if I didn’t say THE COOKIES! Oh my goodness, they are so good! My very favorites are the Newman’s Own Organics Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies, honestly …so good! I was putting a few in my son’s lunch everyday and he thought that was the biggest treat! (and they are affordable! You can get a 6 pack of 7 ounce bags for as low as $14.38 on Amazon)

My next favorite, would have to be the licorice … but then again, I am a huge licorice fan, so this is no surprise. My hubby loved the Fig Newman’s and my kids really loved it all, but were especially fond of the Newman O’s (a great twist on an Oreo type cookie) Honestly…this entire line of food products was wonderful and we enjoyed every last crumb! We shared several of the items with family and friends during the holidays and we heard over and over again how much it was enjoyed and how excited that people were to have gotten to try these products. We will be buying these products from now on, for sure!

Where to purchase? Believe it or not, Amazon actually has a HUGE selection of Newman’s Own Organics products, and if you watch the prices, you can score some awesome deals! These products are, of course, available in many stores across the country…so keep your eye out for these products, they are amazing!
