I absolutely love autumn, but it also happens to be a very busy season for us! This recipe for Easy Fall Cake Mix Cookies is my go to when I need something quick and festive. These cookies are always a hit with the kids because they LOVE the Reese’s Pieces, and they also display well with their fall themed colors. Best of all, this recipe calls for only 4 ingredients, which makes it not only easy but also affordable. These Fall Cake Mix cookies are also a great learning recipe for young bakers because not only are they easy, but the kiddos will love the end result!
1 box of yellow cake mix, any brand
1⁄2 C. oil
1 1⁄2 C. Reese’s Pieces
#1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
#2. Combine the cake mix with the eggs and oil. Stir in the Reese’s Pieces candy.
#3. Drop by rounded tablespoon onto greased cookie sheets. Bake for 8-10 minutes – cookies will turn golden brown. Do not overbake – they are best slightly chewy.
*Makes approximately 2 dozen cookies. Store in an airtight container.
