In the summer, we (I) LOVE easy and light meals… especially at dinner time. I have been finding ways to use the Holland House Cooking Wines to help add flavor and I am continually shocked at just how easily they can take an ordinary meal, and make it delicious!
The above shown meal is just about as simple as it gets…. salad (garden harvested!), fruit and then I just seasoned our meat (in this case, I used Quail, but you can use chicken for the same effect). I literally just put the meat in the skillet along with a couple of splashes of Holland House Marsala Cooking Wine, easy-peasy! Such a simple meal and wow, was it delicious! I love meals like this that are a hit with my family, and took me literally minutes to make! (and very affordable too!)
