On Friday, I shared with you my recipe for Easy Guacamole … so I thought that you might enjoy seeing one of the ways that we use this recipe to top off our burgers to make for some yummy guacamole burgers!! If you didn’t catch the recipe on Friday, here it is again:
1 large Avocado (or more, depending on how much you want to make)
1 lemon (or lemon juice)
1 bushel of cilantro
1 red onion
I start by mashing up the avocado, and then adding the other items as needed. Typically, per avocado (and one large one makes just enough for my family for a nice dipping snack) I will use 1/4 cup chopped red onion, 1/4 cup chopped cilantro, the juice of 1/2 the lemon (just squeeze it once or twice over the dip a couple times), and then grind sea salt over the dip to your taste preference. Easy. Peasy!! …enjoy!
