IHOP® Restaurants created a new guest favorite when they introduced their delicious Brioche French Toast two years ago. Since then, guests have looked forward to sitting down with their friends and families, ordering every new variety introduced, and enjoying how the different tangy and sweet fruit toppings heighten the flavor of these indulgent treats.
This innovative, craveable Brioche French Toast is created by soaking thick-cut slices of rich Brioche bread in a lightly-sweetened vanilla batter and grilled to a warm golden crispiness.
And beginning this month, IHOP restaurants introduced two new varieties that will satisfy and delight any sweet tooth:
- NEW! Caramel Apple Brioche French Toast: Topped with sliced apples, drizzled with a rich caramel sauce and served with a warm vanilla sauce on the side
- NEW! Strawberry Crème Brioche French Toast: Topped with cool glazed strawberries, a dollop of sour crème with a brown sugar drizzle.

- Classic Bananas Foster Brioche French Toast: Sliced bananas caramelized in a buttery brown sugar glaze and topped with classic New Orleans Foster’s sauce
