Wondering how to make microwave fudge? It’s as easy as it sounds, I promise!

Basically it’s a 3 ingredient fudge (4 if you use vanilla, which is optional). This microwave fudge recipe is the best, and for as quick as it is, you can’t beat it!

I love to have fudge on my holiday Christmas plates, it’s just such a traditional part of the holidays. As much as I love the real fancy fudge recipe my grandmother made, I just never seem to find the time. This chocolate fudge recipe is a creamy fudge that can be made with or without chopped nuts. You also won’t need candy thermometers, which is also a bonus since I can never seem to find one!

Recipe notes:

You could also try making this easy fudge recipe with white chocolate or dark chocolate chips. This version is my favorite.

In the past, I have created a peanut butter fudge recipe by using these same instructions and adding ¼ – ½ cup peanut butter.

If you are a fan of nuts, chopped walnuts could also be added.

I’ve tried microwave fudge recipes without condensed milk and let me tell you, they just don’t taste like fudge so unless you have to try them that way, I don’t recommend.
