I have been making these for my son’s sports coaches for the past few years, and they are always a hit. All you need is a collage photo of the team members (I usually do an 8×10) and then a large white mat. Gather all of the team members and one by one, let them sign their names to the photo mat with a sharpie marker. If the coach has a son on the team, I usually try to highlight a photo of him and his son just to make it extra special for him.
