Poppy Seed Pretzel Dogs
- 2 1/4 tsp active dry yeast
- 1 Tbls sugar
- 3/4 tsp kosher salt
- 1 1/2 cups water, 120°F–130°F
- 4 1/4 – 4 3/4 cups all-purpose flour, divided
- 2 Tbls canola oil, divided
- 2 Tbls baking soda
- 2 tsp poppy seeds
- Hot dogs
