SRF American Kobe (Wagyu) beef is celebrated by chefs and beef connoisseurs throughout the world and featured in a number of Michelin starred restaurants. USDA Prime, the highest USDA grade for beef does not adequately represent the quality of our distinctive and delicious beef. Only 3% of all beef in the US receives the designation of Prime, yet Snake River Farms far exceeds the standard. For this reason, we utilize the Japanese marbling scale which accurately measures the marbling in Snake River Farms beef.
Where to Buy Snake River Farms products?
You can always buy Snake River Farms products directly off of their website. Depending on where you live, you can also find their products in restaurants and stores. Albertsons is actually where we first discovered SRF products, and you’ll usually find their high quality meat products back in the meat department at your local Albertsons. I’ve also seen Snake River Farm products for sale recently on Thrive Market, online at Williams Sonoma and on Goldbelly.
