EASY! No-Bake Strawberry Jello Pie Recipe

Obviously you can make this yummy Jell-O pie all year long, but we love this easy to make NO-BAKE Strawberry Jello Pie for Easter or any time of year!

Easy Jello Pie Recipe with strawberries

No-Bake Strawberry Jello Pie Recipe

Such a quick and simple recipe (perfect for tweens and teens to make!) and it goes so well with any holiday meal – and I especially love that this easy dessert includes fresh fruit which is always a welcome addition!

With just a few ingredients needed, it’s also a very affordable dessert option that is great for serving large groups of people. I love that you can make your own crust or use a prepared pie shell – this recipe is made with simple ingredients and makes a beautiful pink strawberry pie that has become one of my favorite no bake dessert recipes!

And the best part ? You can change up how you decorate the top of the pie depending on the holiday or season! We love to use fresh strawberries, sometimes chocolate covered strawberries for summer pie creations – and during holidays we’ll try to do something fun like green colored coconut shavings topped with cute chocolate candy Easter eggs.

It’s the perfect dessert because you can make it so many different ways (you can even use different flavors and jello mixture styles) and it truly is one of the easy pie recipes that everyone should have in their dessert recipe file!

Plus, you can make this no-bake pie recipe with just a couple of ingredients!

No Bake Pie for Easter

Slice of Easter Pie

As I mentioned above, one thing that I love about this easy no-bake Jello pie dessert recipe is that you can change it up with the holidays and seasons. We garnished with one with colored coconut and candy Easter eggs, but you could also decorate it with Cool Whip topping, whole strawberries … or really any way you like!

It’s a delicious strawberry jello pie recipe that will be a great recipe for so many occasions. I grab cool whip and jell-o almost every time I do a big grocery run so that I’m sure to have these items on hand if I get in a pinch and need a dessert idea quick. I usually don’t have time to make a homemade graham cracker crust, so I also usually buy a Honey Maid Graham pie crust to have on hand for when I need to make a quick jello pie.

Added tip: the orange jello makes an amazing no-bake pie as well – and if I make the orange jello pie recipe, I will usually top it with mandarin oranges, so yummy and the perfect quick dessert for those hot summer day BBQs or swim parties!
