Summer! I love this time of year. One thing that I don’t love about this time of year, is being stuck in the kitchen. It gets pretty hot here in Idaho, so I like to keep the meals simple, without giving up quality. Because the other thing that I love about summer is … the food!!

We’ve got our freezer full of Omaha Steaks burgers and hotdogs and I love that with very little planning, I can have a wonderful summer meal put together for our family. Last minute BBQs happen often around here so I also love that by having these things on hand in the freezer, I can welcome others without hesitation because we have plenty!
