This strawberry watermelon popsicles recipe makes 4 popsicles (but every mold is different and holds a different amount). We have tried all kind of molds over the years, and I tend to either go back to my oldest style of molds (shown) or we also really love these FoodWorks Silicone Ice Pop Maker molds – which are GREAT for little hands.
This is such a simple recipe, and I love that you don’t have to worry about ingredients that you can’t pronounce. So simple, and really…. isn’t that what summer is all about?
And, if you are looking for something a little fancier (great for birthday parties!) check out my Fairy Popsicle recipe! These are another wonderful great for gatherings, especially large groups of kids because it is easy to make them in large numbers and have them on hand should more (or less) kids show up. If you don’t use them at the party, you can always leave them in the freezer for the next time the kids want a yummy treat on a hot day!
