I am excited to share my FREE weekly meal planning printable with you. I have changed a few things in 2016 that have helped me to stay on top of our busy schedules and I would have to say, weekly meal planning has made a HUGE difference.
I have created this FREE Weekly Meal Planning Printable in hopes that it can help you as well! Just print it out (use the black & white option on your printer if you won’t want it in color). You can come back weekly and print it or save it to your computer and print it as needed!
I post quite a few of our favorite recipes each week, so hopefully you can use some of those in your own meal planning. I feel like we are always on the go, so my recipes are usually tried and tested recipes that fit into our schedule.
I usually start my planning on Saturday and then hit the grocery store on Sunday. This meal planning printable helps me to see my week at a glance and that way I can remember what types of meals we will be having.
As you know, some weeks are busier than others, so no two weeks are the same. Mapping out a “plan of attack” each week on paper really helps with both the quality of our meals as well as mama’s stress level 🙂
Tip: Save your weekly meal plans in a folder. That way, if you are having a crazy busy week, you can easily refer to past weeks for help!
Happy meal planning!
