Easy Spinach and Feta Crescent Rolls ­

If you are looking for easy (and kind of fancy looking!) lunch ideas, here is one of my favorites.

These Easy Spinach and Feta Crescent Rolls ­pair perfectly with warm bowl of soup or even a salad, and they literally take minutes to make. They remind me of the kind of lunch that you would order in a fancy little bistro and they area also great for finger food for parties and get togethers. Oh, I did I mention how EASY they are to make?

Spinach & Feta Crescent Rolls ­

1 8ct. package crescent rolls
2 oz. crumbly feta cheese
2 oz. baby spinach, chopped
salt & pepper to taste
melted butter to brush over the oven fresh crescent rolls

Directions ­

#1. Preheat the oven according to the crescent rolls package directions.

#2. Open the package of crescent rolls and divide the triangles from each other.

#3. Sprinkle the crumbly feta and chopped spinach on each of the crescents. You can always add more and more is better in this case.

#4. Roll the crescents up and bake according to the package directions; typically 13­-15 minutes and golden brown.

#5. Remove from the oven and use a pastry brush to spread melted butter over the top of each crescent.

Serve with pizza sauce if you wish. Makes 8 servings.
