If you are a fan of chocolate chip cookies, then you really must try my Chocolate Chocolate Chip Cookies Recipe because, well … it’s multiplied awesomeness and chocolate chip greatness all bundled into one delicious cookie that just begs to be enjoyed with a nice tall glass of milk.
Chocolate Chocolate Chip Cookies Recipe
• 1 stick butter, softened
• 1⁄2 cup white sugar
• 1⁄4 cup brown sugar
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 1 egg
• 1 1/3 cup flour
• 1⁄2 teaspoon baking soda
• 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
• 1 cup chocolate chips
• 2 teaspoons unsweetened cocoa powder
In a medium bowl, mix together the butter, sugars, vanilla, and egg. Whip until creamy. Add in the flour and salt. Add the baking soda last and make sure to mix all ingredients well. Fold in the chocolate chips and the cocoa powder. Make sure the cocoa powder is incorporated well. Drop the cookie dough by tablespoonful onto a greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes or until cookies start to turn slightly brown. Cool after baking and enjoy! These cookies will be crispy…. which according to my son, is what makes them the very.best.cookies.ever! (again, these pair perfectly with a nice tall glass of cold milk!)
