I have this scene already in my mind, and I remember hearing this story as a child. I mean, I remember actually hearing this story as it was read to me, and the moments leading up to the finger prick…and I remember thinking no, no … don’t do it! Watching it now, I am having those same feelings … don’t.do.it, but OH! what a story it leads to!
