Our thoughts: This doll was definitely of great interest to my daughter as we have been on a Little Mermaid kick, but what surprised me most was how much she loved playing with her… and listening to her speak. She actually says quite a bit and she also speaks in Spanish. This is a really nice toy (large too) and the fact that she lights up is a bonus. I was quite iffy about even putting her tail in the water, as our experience with water toys isn’t great (for the longevity of the toy) so we will be playing with her mostly out of the water, and my daughter loves to put her tail under the sink tap water to watch the tail and the lights!
