Traditional Bruschetta Featuring Nakano Seasoned Rice Vinegar
During the summer months, NAKANO Natural and Seasoned Rice Vinegars are perfect for creating a marinade, grilling veggies, fruits and meats and brining chicken, pork and other poultry.
I have so enjoyed experimenting with the Nakano Seasoned Rice Vinegar products, there are so many yummy ways to use them! I hope you enjoy this quick and easy Traditional Bruschetta! This makes a nice light appetizer for the warm days of summer!
- 6 Tbs Nakano Seasoned Rice Vinegar, Balsamic Blend
- 8 Roma Tomatoes, diced
- Medium Red Onion, diced
- 8 Basil Leaves, chopped
- Salt & Pepper to taste
- 1 loaf of Italian bread sliced open
- 8 Tbs Parmesan cheese, grated
Mix first 5 ingredients in a medium sized bowl and allow to sit for a half hour in the refrigerator. Coat Italian bread evenly with Parmesan cheese. Bake in 300 degree oven for 6 minutes, until the cheese is golden brown. Cut into 2 inch strips. Top with Bruschetta topping and serve immediately.
