Broccoli Cheddar Quiche Recipe

If you’ve got Thanksgiving, Christmas or Easter ham leftovers, this is a wonderful breakfast recipe to make for those days after your big meal and best of all, the “easy” part really comes in handy during those times of the year when you might be a bit worn out from all of the festivities. 

Homemade Quiche Ingredients

Broccoli Cheddar Quiche Ingredients

1 1/2 cups diced ham
1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
1/2 -1 cup chopped onions (depending on preference)
1 cup fresh or frozen broccoli (I usually use frozen)
5 eggs
1/3 cup Mayonnaise
1/3 cup milk
1 cup Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
1 frozen deep-dish pie crust (9 inch)

Instructions for Making Broccoli Cheddar Quiche

Heat oven to 375°F.

Mushrooms and Onions for Quiche

 
Cook vegetables in skillet sprayed with cooking spray on medium heat 5 min. or until crisp-tender, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat.
 
Ham in Quiche
 
Beat eggs, dressing and milk in medium bowl with whisk until blended. Stir in vegetable mixture and cheese; pour into pie crust. Place on baking sheet.
 
Quiche Pie Recipe
 
Bake 40 to 45 min. or until center of quiche is set and top is golden brown. Let stand 10 min. before slicing to serve.

This yummy Broccoli Cheddar Quiche recipe is not only delicious but it's super easy and affordable to make! Notes

For added flavor - brush the crust with egg whites before you bake.
