4th of July Fun | Homemade Jolly Rancher Lollipops A few years ago, my sister-in-law showed me how to make these fun (and super easy!) homemade Jolly Rancher lollipops, and they have been a favorite around here ever since! In celebration of the 4th of July, we made these fun red and blue lollipops (shown above). One thing that makes these so fun, is that you can adjust the colors to just about any holiday!
To make homemade Jolly Rancher lollipops you will need: Jolly Ranchers Sucker Sticks Tinfoil/Parchment Paper Cooking Spray Sucker bags/ties (not necessary as you could also wrap them in saran wrap)
Instructions: Preheat oven to 250degrees. We always cook ours directly on tinfoil, just be SURE to spray your tinfoil with non-stick cooking spray before you begin. You can also use parchment paper if you like. Line up your candies one on top of the other (as shown). I like to do 2 at a time (less sugar, and just as much fun) but you can stack more if you like. Make sure they candies are touching end to end. Place in oven for 5-7 minutes, keeping a very close eye on them and as soon as they are totally melted (mine are usually done right at 6 minutes), you can remove them and quickly add the sucker sticks (you will want to make sure that sticks are fully covered in melted candy. Leave suckers to harden for about 5-10 minutes. Wrap them up and enjoy!
