Conference Recap | BlogHer Food ’12

Last week I attended BlogHer Food in Seattle, Washington. I represented Bumble Bee Tuna as part of their Blogger Bee Squad. It was such a great experience and I wanted to take a minute to share some highlights with you! Above is just a sampling of the insane amount of awesome food that we got to try … I left Seattle so stuffed, but soooo happy 🙂

As you can imagine, the food was … awesome! So creative and beautiful and delicious… I was in food heaven! I traveled with fellow Bee Squad members Karen (KouponKaren) and Nicole (Nicole’s Nickels):

We had so much fun taking in the sights of Seattle and enjoyed meeting all of the food product companies that attended to share their products with bloggers. We also attended many sessions that were very informative and educational and I brought home many new techniques and ideas that I will be using on my own blog in the near future.

Aside from tasting awesome dishes, and attending sessions, we also had some time to actually play with food! Check out this fun caterpillar that I created at the Supervalu booth:

Other trip highlights included meeting The Pioneer Woman, Ree Drummond:

Meeting John Mclemore, author of John McLemore’s “Dadgum That’s Good!” cookbook :It is always so fun to travel to these conference that help me to improve my blog and my knowledge of products and brands, so that I can come back and share these things with all of you. This trip to Seattle was one that I will remember for a very long time, and a HUGE thank you goes out to the folks at Bumble Bee Tuna for their support!! *Oh…be on the lookout for a fun giveaway from Bumble Bee Tuna in the very near future!!
