She’s Creative: Bunny Pancakes

As you know, we are huge fans of De Wafelbakkers pancakes around here! When I saw my friends from De Wafelbakkers in Nashville a couple of months ago, I was telling them about how creative we get with our pancakes around here, so I wanted to share with you what Easter Breakfast looked like around here (and actually … these bunny pancakes show up quite often at our breakfast table. Something about the floppy ears just makes my kiddos smile!)

De Wafelbakkers frozen pancakes come in packs of 24 and they are separated into mini packs of 3… which is just perfect portion size for my kids, and it also happens to be the perfect amount for making a fun breakfast bunny! Just fold 2 of the pancakes in half for ears, and then add a couple jelly beans for eye and nose (chocolate chips also work great) and then I use 2 of the tiny marshmallows for little rabbit buck teeth. I used Hershey’s chocolate syrup for the bow tie (usually I use strawberries, but we didn’t have any on hand, and of course, no on complained, lol)

Little things like this just make breakfast fun!
