Rebate: FREE K-PAX Vitamins at Whole Foods
Check out this awesome rebate! K-PAX is excited to announce that K-PAX vitamins are now available at Whole Foods Markets in Northern California! In order to show that K-PAX has a strong demand in the Bay Area, they are offering the following promotion for a limited time: For every K-PAX product you purchase at any Whole Foods Market between now and February 28th, they will reimburse you 100% of your purchase (up to a maximum of $50).
Just go to any Whole Foods Market, buy a K-PAX product and mail the original receipt to K-PAX. They’ll mail you a check with a 100% rebate for the amount you spent to purchase K-PAX products up to a maximum of $50 (not including tax). This means FREE product for you.
This offer is valid from February 14th - February 28th and the receipts sent to them must be postmarked no later than March 15th, 2013. Rebate checks will be mailed out within 4 weeks.

Thanks for posting this. Is it only available in CA? Also, I don’t see where to send the rebate. All of the links take you to K-Pax home page but I don’t see where to find the rebate form.
