I love desserts on a stick… it’s a great way to portion desserts! They also make it simple and easy for the kids to hold and enjoy! You can even pack them in a school lunch and look like Super Mom!

Raspberry Apple Pie Pops Ingredients

Filling

  • 2 apples, such as one Granny Smith and one Golden Delicious
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon cornstarch
  • 1/4 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 packages (6 ounces or 1 1/3 cups) Driscoll’s Raspberries
  • 20 lollipop sticks
  • 1 large egg yolk
  • 1 tablespoon whole milk

Crust

  • 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup (2 sticks) chilled unsalted butter, cut into small pieces
  • 4 to 6 tablespoons ice cold water
