    MANDATORY ENTRY: I am a VERY heavy sleeper. And I believe I sleep mostly on my left side. When I was pregnant I remember the OB-GYN telling me to sleep on my left side because the blood flow was better for me and me. Even 8 years after giving birth I still sleep on my left side the most.
    As far as rising early or being a night owl, I am TOTALLY a night owl. I can clean the entire house at night, but first thing in the morning, NO WAY.
