Strawberry Salad with Honey Balsamic Vinaigrette Recipe

Oh how I love a good summer salad!
I’m particularly fond of any salad that can utilize things from our garden (like fresh strawberries!) to create a light and fresh creation that is actually healthy too!

One of the secrets, in my opinion, to making a fantastic salad is starting with the highest quality of ingredients.

Home grown fruits and veggies, for starters. I recently discovered a new olive oil product and I am embarrassed to say that until I became a bit more educated about olive oils, I had no idea that what I’d been using up until now, wasn’t near the quality (or flavor!) that I could be using.
