Avocado Chicken Salad

Here’s a healthy new lunch idea for Chicken Salad minus the mayo! To make you need:

  • chicken, cooked and shredded
  • avocado
  • mayo, just a little
  • green onion, sliced
  • cilantro
  • lime juice to taste
  • salt/pepper to taste
