…and I am still annoyed that I paid $1.79 for the Sour Cream, lol!! Yes…that’s right. About 1 hour ago…I got 4 FREE Bottles of Purex for FREE at Walgreens!! (and my Walgreens had lots more…so hopefully they are stocked so that everyone can get in on it) HOW? If you save your newspaper inserts (find out how I save mine HERE) …then you will want to grab the RedPlum inserts from 2/21/10 … in there you will find a coupon for BUY ONE GET ONE FREE on Purex. Walgreens just happens to have their Purex on sale But One Get One FREE right now. You “should” be able to buy a pair, and the register will mark the second one free, and then you can use your coupon on the other. I say “should” because not all Walgreens will do this…. and that’s just the way it goes with Walgreens sometimes, unfortunately. My manager just happens to “get it” when it comes to couponing and gets excited when a deal goes through. If this deal won’t work at your Walgreens …. then you may need to to “buy one” in order to get another free. If that’s the case make sure to get four and you will end up paying $5.99 for four bottles, which will make them $1.25 each. I also highly recommend buying something else along with your FREE …because for me, transactions always seem to stump cashiers when you get everything for free. Plus, I needed Sour Cream. . . and very expensive sour cream, I got! Thanks CommonSensewithMoney!
